            <description><![CDATA[	<p>Keeping up to date with new content on web sites can be a very time consuming task. Many of us probably visit a handful of sites on a daily basis for news, sport and entertainment information. A few years ago sites didn’t really change all that often and it was possible to check every week or so for changes. Today new information is added on a daily, if not hourly, basis. Do we really have the time to visit these sites every day? Conversely do we really want to miss out on new content? The answer to both questions is probably no.</p>]]></description>
